Recipe; ingredients are: rocket, bell peppers in red,yellow and green, small tomatoes, pumpkinseeds, cucumber, and piece of homemade roast beef (check recipe of preparing the roast beef at category ‘mains’). Put 1 hand of rocket on a plate, cut bell peppers into small cubes, cucumber in small long slices, cut tomatoes in 4 parts. Put all ingredients on top of the rocket on the plate. Cut the beef in small slices, decorate the centre of the plate with it. Top it with pumpkinseeds, some nice olive oil and salt&pepper if you like! Preparing this dish will take you max. 15 minutes!
