Minced meat balls and veggies from the oven!

Recipe; 4-6 persons. Buy 1 kilo of minced beef, put it in a bowl and add 3,tbs of concentrated tomato paste or ketchup, 1 tbs paprika powder, salt and chili (fresh or flakes). Mix it all with your hands. Then continue with the preparation of the veggies; 1aubergine, 1courgette, 1 big sweet potato, 1 green bell pepper. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius. Chop all vegetables in large chunks and put them on baking paper on an oven tray, sprinkle with some olive oil and some mixed dried herbs, put it all in the oven. After that start to prepare the meatballs, roll a chunk of minced meat between your hands till you get a nice ball (size of ping pong ball). Put the meat balls on another oven tray that is covered with baking paper, put them together in the oven with the veggies. The meat balls need about 10-15 minutes to prepare and roll and about 15-20 minutes to cook in the oven! Soooo…veggies in the oven, 10-15 minutes later the balls..about 25-30 minutes after the first load (veggies) your dinner is ready! You only have to serve it on your plate! Enjoy!
