Seabass with mixed salad!

Recipes: (2portions) get a whole seabass at your fish-supplier! Ask him only to open the belly and remove the intestines and fish scales. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celcius. Rince the fish under cold water and place it in the oven on top of a baking paper! Put the whole fish in the oven for about 20/25 minutes. The skin will get crispy and you will be able to lift it up, so the fish fillets are right in front of you! With a spoon (and knife) you can just lift the meat from the bone and put it on the plate! Pour some high quality olive oil (‘picante’ if you like it spicy) on top! Fresh parcel if you like! Serve with a slice of lemon to give it the fresh sour twist!
