Homemade pesto!

Recipe: (4 servings): For your homemade pesto (lowfodmap) you need; 2 cups basil leaves, 2 tbs pine nuts, a few pieces of parmesan cheese, a few decent shots of high quality olive oil, pinch of salt.
If you can handle it.. add a clove of garlic, a must in a classic pesto, but not for FODMAP people! :-((.
Everything in the kitchen blender, blend until a nice smooth cream. Always taste your pesto (in general ALWAYS taste your food before you serve it) and if necessary adjust it with the ingredients that you’re missing.
Pesto can be used in different ways, but a great classic is ‘pasta pesto’. For example, gluten-free version, use pasta made of corn. I love “KAMUT”pasta myself the best, but maybe just test it before it might not be the same to you! With some rocket salad, mozzarella or feta cheese as a garnish you make it feel like a SUPER meal!
