Chicken in the oven!

Chicken in the oven. Recipe: Take 4 chicken legs, grease it with a thin layer of olive oil and spicy paprika powder.
Place the 4 chicken legs on a baking-paper on oven tray and fill the space left that’s left over on the the tray with various vegetables or mushrooms for example, (not FODMAPfriendly, but nice surprice for the other guests at the table!). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and bake the chicken in 30-40 minutes. Out of the oven, the chicken can be served directly on a plate with a nice salad, or stored in the refrigerator for the lunchbox the next day! Enjoy!
