Breakfast (not lactose free)

Breakfast; quick to make and super healthy! This is for those who do not have a lactose allergy!
Take; 3 tbs fresh skimmed french cottage cheese (quark), 3 strawberries, 10-15 mixed raw nuts, 1 tbs pumpkin seeds&sunflower seeds. Wash and cut the fruit, and put it on top of the quark in a bowl. On top sprinkle the mixed nuts and seeds! Drink with it some water / tea / coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh wheat grass juice and take a shot of fish oil for your daily dose of omega3. Boiled egg fits great with it as well! HealtyGoodMorning!
