Fresh salad; You can make salads in all shapes and sizes, with different ingredients. Use your imagination! Here one of my recipes for a fresh salad packed with vitamins! Recipe; Take 1/2 cucumber, 3 different colors of peppers, 2 tomatoes, 1 chicory, 1 handful of bean sprouts, various nuts and seeds as a garnish. Wash and cut the various vegetables. Make sure it has a size easy to eat, so you do not have to rake! Present your salad for example in a nice big bowl. With some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper it will make it a delicious and healthy salad with a light dressing! Enjoy!
