Preparation; (6 person):

Get 1 piece (1kg) of meat for Roast beef, ask your butcher! Get a deep plate, some silver-foil, olive oil and/or butter.

You can prepare it in many ways, I just do it without any seasoning (for the ones that like it more flavored you can add big chunks of unions and garlic together in the pan with the meat, this is very nice too, but not FODMAPfriendly).

Put some olive oil (or butter if you prefer) in a pan, be sure it gets nice and hot before you put in the meat! Keep the stove always on medium/high heat (you have to get the idea that the meat will burn if you don’t keep on moving and turning it). Keep moving and turning it for 20 minutes, never stop turning it, never give up, never low the heat!

Then you’ll drop it on the plate on top of the silver foil. With the silver foil you’ll pack the meat completely, and leave it to rest for min. 20 minutes. After that you can cut it into thin slices and serve it on the plates. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper, pine nuts arugula salad, or whatever you like. Some home made wasabi-mayonais goes perfect with it as well.

Easy to keep it for days in the fridge and slice it for lunch or starter, even cold this meat is amazing! Enjoy!
