Recipe; cake for about 12 people.
Take 200 grams of pure (min. 72%) chocolate, about 130 gr. coconut oil, 3 eggs, 70 gr sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 8 gr of vanilla sugar, 2 tbs dried cranberries and 150 gr. roasted pecan nuts, 65 gr. (spelt) flour.
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celcius. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil ‘au bain marie’. Mix in a separate bowl the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla together until fluffy mass.
Add the chocolate&butter and mix again. Sift the flour into it, followed by the pecan nuts and cranberries. Grease a baking tin with coconut oil and pour the chocolate mixture in. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes, allow it to cool down and serve the pie into small pieces (this is a pretty powerful pie!) Enjoy!
