Insalata Caprese new style!

Recipe: for 2 people.
Take 1 large mozzarella cheese, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 green bell pepper, 2 Tbs with mix of seeds & sesame, 10 fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Take two beautiful plates, cut the mozzarella into slices and arrange them on the plates (along the edges for example looks always nice). Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges and place them in the middle of the plates. Cut the green bell pepper into thin strips from the bottom (so you get a flower shape). Arrange them on the plates. Take a mix of seeds and sesame  and sprinkle over the plates (black sesame gives it an extra special touch)! At last some fresh basil leaves on it, finish with high quality italian olive oil, salt and pepper to taste! Enjoy!
