Recipe (4 people). Buy 250g fresh raw tuna at the fish supplier. Take olive oil, fennel, 10-12 capers, pepper and half orange (for zest and juice).
Cut the tuna into cubes of about 0.5 cm. Put the cubes in a bowl. Add the zest and juice of half an orange, some fennel and the capers. Olive oil and pepper to taste. Just mix together well and then 30 min. Marinate for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator.
Then serve as a starter with salicorn or as a main dish with a salad meal! enjoy!
