Recipe; (4 persons) ingredients;
12 shrimp, 1/2 orange (juice and zest), 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 tsp olive oil, bacon, wooden sticks.
Take a bowl and put the juice and zest of half an orange in it, along with the peeled prawns. Paprika powder and olive oil in there as well, mix it well and let it all marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. Roll a piece of thinly sliced bacon around each shrimp and stick it to the wooden stick, three shrimp per stick looks nice and it’s a nice portion if you use it as a starter. Cook the shrimp in about 6 minutes on the grill pan or bbq. Serve hot, enjoy!
