Recipe: (4 persons). Ingredients;
1 zucchini, 1 aubergine, 1 tbs fresh parsley, 1 tbs olive oil.
Slice the zucchini in slices of 2 mm, slice the aubergine in slices of 4mm and grill them on the grill pan for a few minutes. When cooked put them on a plate, some fresh parsley on top and add some olive oil on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your side-dish or vegetarian meal. Great with some mozzarella cheese or tomato salad as well. Enjoy!
