Paleo meal with grilled chicken

Are you running out of time but you want to eat a tasteful and health meal.

Please check out this recipe and just make it.

Preheat your oven on 160 degrees Celcius. Ingredients: get some chicken legs at your poultry supplier. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with some olive oil and add some mixed fresh or dried herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme) or if you like it spicy you can use some spicy (chilli)  powder. Mix it all together till the chicken is covered by the oil/herbs mix. Take an oven tray, cover with baking paper, put the chicken on top and it all goes into the oven. Keep it there for about 60 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken, of course). In the mean time you can prepare a simple salad and prepare the table..then just wait and do whatever you still wanted to do..the oven will do the work! No stress of keeping an eye on the meal while cooking, enjoy it!
