Ingredients (2 persons): 2 portion of fresh (wild) salmon, some black sesame seeds, seaweed salad, white grapes, small tomatoes, homemade mayo, wasabi (fresh or paste). Start to make the mayo (see the post ‘homemade mayo’ , mix a little of the (fresh) wasabi paste with it…taste it every time before you add more wasabi paste, it can become easily very ‘spicy’…Put with a spoon some of the wasabi mayo on a plate. To make the salad; get the grapes and tomatoes and cut them in 4 parts (taking the direction of the longest side of it). Add the seaweed-salad and serve on the plate or in a small bowl a side. Then heat your (grill pan), add some olive oil or coconut butter and grill the fish for a couple of minutes on the ‘skin side’. then flip upside down and leave it for a few seconds, just so that the outside looks cooked, but the inside is still raw. Serve on top of the wasabi mayo and add some black sesame seeds for decoration. Enjoy your meal!
